Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and start. Your watchlist and progress are stored only on your iPhone.
Can I buy or sell stocks in BiCapitales?
No. BiCapitales is for learning. It has no trading, no deposits and no connection to brokerage accounts.
Where do the numbers come from?
Prices and charts come from public market data for U.S.-listed securities and can be delayed. Company figures and filings come from SEC EDGAR, the public database of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Details are under Settings → About the data.
Why does a screen say "Saved figures" or "Reference data"?
When the latest data cannot be loaded, the app shows the last figures it saved, or a reference set included with the app, and labels them with their date. Pull down to refresh once you are back online.
How is a chart drill scored?
Each round hides the next 5, 10 or 20 trading days of a real chart. Higher or Lower is correct when the close moved beyond the threshold shown in the round; anything within it counts as Sideways.
How do I reset my progress?
Go to Settings → Reset learning progress. This clears finished lessons and drill results; your watchlist stays.
How do I delete my data?
All data lives on your device. Deleting the app removes it completely.
