1. Agreement
By downloading or using BiCapitales you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the app provides
BiCapitales is an educational app. It displays market prices, charts, indicators and company figures from public sources, explains them in plain language, and offers lessons, quizzes and chart drills based on historical prices.
3. No investment advice
Nothing in the app or on this website is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Chart readings describe what indicators show and are not forecasts. Chart drill results reflect past prices and say nothing about future performance. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
4. No trading or financial services
BiCapitales does not provide brokerage or trading, does not accept or hold money, and does not connect to any brokerage, bank or exchange account.
5. Data accuracy
Prices may be delayed and figures may contain errors or omissions from their sources. When the app is offline it may show saved or bundled figures, which are labelled with their date. Data is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to copy, resell or redistribute the app's content, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, lessons and text belong to BiCapitales. Company names and tickers belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. SEC filings are public documents.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BiCapitales is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app or reliance on its content.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
